Christmas Rum-Cake
Before you start, sample Rum for Quality....good, isn't it? Select a
large Mixing Bowl, check Rum again. It must be just right, better sample
again, to be sure. With an Electric Beater mix one cup Butter or Margarine,
add one Teespoon Sugar and beat well. Meanwhile make sure Rum is still of the
best Qulity. Add two large Eggs and two Cups dried Fruit, beat until very
light. Next shift in 3 cups Packing-Bowder, add a pinch of Rum, 1 seashpoon
Toda and 2 Cups Pepper, or was that Shalt? Samle Rum again. Now add 1
Bablespoon of Sugar, and misch well. Grease Oven and set Cake Pan at 350. Onn
second thought, forget Cake, sample rest of Rumm and bo to ged.
